Under WSG's Career Conversion Programme (CCP), the standard rate covers up to 70% of your salary, capped at $5,000/month. If you're aged 40 and above or have been unemployed for 6 or more months, the enhanced rate covers up to 90%, capped at $7,500/month. Kydon tops up an additional 10% on top of the WSG subsidy, so you receive a meaningful take-home from day one.
